Empowered Fitness is the anti-gym.  We don’t leave you to your own devices.

At Empowered Fitness we’ve taken a liking to coaching those that are in their 30’s, 40’s and early 50’s to getting in the best shape of their life because WE GET IT.

We provide you with the program. We coach you through new movements. We adapt exercises to meet your needs. We truly care about you and your goals. We WANT you to train with us. We want you to succeed. And we will do all we can to help you reach your goals.

When you walk into Empowered Fitness, you won’t see long lines of machines.  You won’t see members walking around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do next or where to start.  There is always a coach around to make sure you know what is up next for you.

Our training programs are thought out and easily adapted to meet your needs. The workouts accommodate different training levels and we modify what we need to for our clients with pain. You’re NEVER on your own – our coaches are here for your success.

We provide all of our members with social support, accountability, excellent coaching and nutritional direction to get them closer to their goals.  Most people come to us looking to lose weight.  Somewhere along their journey, they gain confidence, strength and a complete social support system.

What truly sets us apart from the rest of the gyms in the area is that we are the only fitness facility whose sole focus is not on membership numbers – but on our members’ results. So come in and you’ll meet with a qualified fitness coach – we don’t have salespeople; meet our staff and decide for yourself. If we’re not up to your standards, if we’re not the best, then don’t become a member. It’s that simple.

When you’re ready to take the step to improved health, contact us.  We’ll be with you every step of the way.

Core Values

Being Hungry to Learn

I am a firm believer that education never ends. Life is a journey of personal discovery. Through the disciplined  development of new skills and the continued development of current skills we navigate life’s journey with more pleasure. As we improve our skills our confidence and scene of self is developed and reinforced. You learn what you are made of and what you are capable of. You learn that you never truly have limits other than the ones that you place on yourself.

Having High Standards

The people who achieve the most in the world have incredibly high standards. At Kyle Gall Strength Training we hold ourselves to the standards because your body is your temple. If you with to improve your health and fitness you need to have standard. For example ask your self what’s better for your body; the microwaved dinner / fast food or a home cooked meal of protein and veggies? We all know deep down that we could make much better choices if we only help ourselves to higher standards. Everyone has heard that exercise is beneficial to out health however we don’t have health standard and so we get lazy. Have a vision of what your standards and stick to them so that they can guide your daily choices.

Making it Happen

Nothing every get done by talking about things while never actually action . Day dreaming about wanting to lose weight or build muscle with not lead to results. You need to actually take action and put the work in if you want to see improvement. Sometime we become paralyzed by the fear of not know how to do something and we let that stop of from ever starting out. We learn by taking action and doing, sometimes stumbling along the way. Once we’ve started out on a journey we can always make adjustments. However if you never start at all you’ll never get anywhere.
